David Gonski AC, Chair
David is currently Chair of Investec Bank (Australia) Ltd, Coca-Cola Amatil and the Australian Securities Exchange and holds directorships with Westfield Group and Singapore Airlines. He is also the Chancellor of the University of New South Wales and Chair of the Board of Trustees for Sydney Grammar School. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws. In 2002, David was appointed an Companion of the Order of Australia for service to the community through Australian visual and performing arts organisations, through the development of government policy, and through the promotion of corporate sponsorship for the arts and for charitable organisations.
Garry Hounsell, Director
Garry is currently Chairman of PanAust Limited and a director of Orica Limited, Nufarm Limited and Qantas Airways Limited. He is also Chairman of Investec Global Aircraft Fund and a director of Freehills. Garry holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Thérèse Rein, Executive Director
Thérèse is the founder and Managing Director of Ingeus. Thérèse holds a Bachelor of Arts and Masters Qualifying in Psychology. In 2001, Thérèse was awarded the inaugural Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Financial, Business and Property Services) for the northern region of Australia. She has been a director on the board of the National Employment Services Association (Australia) and president of the Queensland Association of Rehabilitation Counsellors.
Greg Ashmead, Executive Director
Greg has worked in executive roles within Ingeus for more than 10 years and is Managing Director of Ingeus Global Operations and Director of Ingeus’ subsidiaries. He has more than 25 years experience in both private and public employment service provision and, prior to joining Ingeus, has led teams in Australia, the UK, France, Germany, Kyrgyzstan, and New Zealand. Greg is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
